The Animal Rescue League's S.T.O.P Program is a coupon-based program that provides financial assistance for feline and canine spay and neuter procedures.

To receive a S.T.O.P coupon, contact ARL at 972.420.0641 or email stopprogram@arltexas.org.

Coupons must be filled out and approved by ARL before use. When requesting a coupon, please provide your full name and mailing address with the zip code.

Coupons are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. A limited number of coupons are issued each month.

The S.T.O.P. Program does not cover vaccinations, pain medication, or any other veterinary procedure.
