Every three minutes a cat or dog is destroyed in North Texas—approximately 200,000 pets per year.

YOU can help stop this! To provide a community-based solution to the pet overpopulation problem, the Animal Rescue League's S.T.O.P. Program (Stop The Overpopulation of Pets) provides financial assistance for spay/neuter surgeries for pets. ARL has refocused its priorities to address this most fundamental of pet rescue issues—stopping the problem before it starts so that fewer animals will suffer.

Coupons must be filled out and approved by ARL before use. When requesting a coupon, please provide your full name and mailing address with the zip code.

Coupons are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. A limited number of coupons are issued each month.
