Animal Rescue League's S.T.O.P. Program
(Stop The Overpopulation of Pets) provides financial assistance for spay/neuter surgeries for pets. ARL has refocused its priorities to address this most fundamental of pet rescue issues—stopping the problem before it starts so that fewer animals will suffer.
